Peer Review Process

The manuscripts submitted to IJLTR are subject to a two-phase evaluation process, i.e. firstly, manuscripts will be checked by the Editors to decide if they are qualified for review in terms of both form and content. Once the Editor(s)-in-chief has determined that a manuscript is appropriate for review, a double-blind peer-review process will get started. The reviewers will be requested to send their reviews within 10 days. Upon the receipt of the reviews, the Editor(s)-in-chief will make one of the following decisions:

  1. accept the manuscript without change (Accept)
  2. accept it with minor revisions (Revisions required based on the reviewers’ comments)
  3. request the authors to do major revisions required by the reviewers and resubmit the manuscripts for a second-round evaluation (Revise and Resubmit)
  4. reject the submission (Reject)
